CBP Specialist

The Cognitive Behavioral Programming (CBP) Specialist is a specialized, dynamic role within the Early Interventions Unit. The CBP Specialist (also known as a Facilitator) is responsible for effectively facilitating various groups such as Thinking for a Change (T4C) and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT). Facilitators not only go through the curriculum and material with the participants of the group, but they work with each participant to develop coping, problem-solving, and social skills that will in turn help guide them to success in their program, and in their future.  The goal of the Evidence-Based Curriculums is to lower the likelihood of the participant returning to the system in the future.
